Chellie Doez It connects the things I’ve learned in business and in life: how to listen, organize, solve problems and turn a rough idea into something that works.

My professional background includes customer service, operations, billing, accounts payable and receivable, mortgage and lending environments, real estate, property management, leasing and vendor coordination. Sales, relationship building, caregiving, personal assistance and business administration have taught me to look beyond the task and understand the person it serves.

I’ve also studied interior design and have extensive hands-on creative and DIY experience. The same thinking runs through a well-organized document, a clearer client experience, a thoughtful room and a polished outfit: function, flow, proportion, detail and cohesion.
